That was cute Anna - even if it went on a bit long.
Did Basil Brush ever make it to the States? Often on messageboards & talking to family & friends in NZ, we bewail the decline of British comedy. Everyone talks about the adult shows like Fawlty Toweres, Ever Decreasing Circles, The Good Life & One Foot in the Grave, but we forget Basil Brush as it was a puppet show aimed at children. I tried to find something with one of Basil's original co hosts Mr Rodney or Mr Derek but so far nothing. Thhis is the best I can do |
