Not So Fresh

I'm looking for celebrities here, not the boy next door.

I've always been the faithfull sort. As a young teen it was Chip Hawkes from the Tremeloes

That lasted till I saw my first Robert Redford movie!
Then it was Colin Firth, although his recent turkeys have put me off.

I don't really have a crush at the moment although I do like some of the Spanish tennis players. If I had to pick one it would be Ferrero.

Donny Osmond from the moment Puppy Love came out. Also David Cassidy briefly, but Donny was my first 'love'.

My first 'lust' however, was Paul Darrow (Avon from Blake's 7), followed later by Patrick Stewart.

At the mo it's still probably Terry O'Quinn. Loves me baldies, I does.

I can totally relate to Patrick Stewart, although that was in college for me. With you on the baldies too - Ed Harris still does it for me

Well, I was a NKOTB generation, so probably one of them (Donnie most likely) although I really don't remember.
I do remember the boy down the street - Franklin. Who tap danced and played hockey and I thought was just the bees knees.

Now, the boy next door - that's a whole other story.

I liked Julie from "Love Boat". Then I didn't.

What part didn't you get?

My first crush was on Roddy McDowall...when I was five years old! It figures he was gay. I've fallen for more than a few gay guys o'er the years -- for real, too...
Ah, but I did have baby crushes on Michael Nesmith and Robert Brown (had that same manliness which Gerard Butler has...and which I post about below).

In junior high...I saw the movie "Frankenstein: The True Story", and I fell madly in love with Leonard Whiting, who played the misguided doctor.
Then I saw him in "Romeo and Juliet"...and he was so young and beautiful in that one...and I worshipped him for many years....

In high school it was Andy Gibb and I was into Wings so my crush on Paul McCartney was definitely post-Beatles.

For about twenty years, now...I've been crushing on Alan Rickman. *sigh* His voice could give my poor soul peace...were I to hear it on a daily basis...talking softly into my ear...

And I also find Gerard Butler to be uber-manly, and terribly sexy...and I don't usually find that kind of guy appealing. But...I've been watching him faithfully since 2000.
I also love David Strathairn. He's just sort of ordinary...but I find him sexy as hell.

I could mention all the women, too...but then I'd be ramblin'...

Michael Landon was my very first "crush". I wanted to marry Little Joe when I was 5. Then it was Elvis and David Cassidy, Andy Gibb and George Clooney (from The Facts of Life show)

Then came Aidan Quinn, Rufus Sewell, Colin Firth and Russell Crowe. Oh...and Matthew McConaughey

Richard Crenna was one of my very nicest repeat customers for 14 of my 15 years in the store. Every Christmas he bought something for one of his kids.

I miss him.
